Why URL count as spam? Empty Why URL count as spam?

Why URL count as spam? i have one URL (http://www.asthijivakoil.co.in) . This is in well ranking before two days but now it going be to down continuously . When we did SEO work for this url then most of sites show as spamming this url so i want to know is there content issues or any other issues. Please someone share own thought to understand about this.
